If you have already paid the Gravisite Conference Registration Fee and need to cancel for any reason within 40 days of the event, you are eligible for a FULL REFUND of your registration fee.

However, if a cancellation occurs LESS than 40 days before the Gravisite Conference, we regret to inform you that NO REFUND will be granted. This is due to the Hotel's requirement for a final attendee count, and all collected funds are allocated towards essential expenses, including marketing, food and beverage, presentation and equipment, as well as other daily fees associated with the event.
